William D. Scott holds an M.Div. from Northern Baptist Seminary and a D.Min. from Colgate-Rochester Divinity School. He is the retired Executive Minister of the Niagara Frontier, one of the seventeen regions of the American Baptist Churches in the USA. He is also the brother of Chester Wayne Scott, a building missionary (as in building roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, churches, and mission stations) for more than thirty years in what is now called The Republic of Congo. Chester Scott is the colorful subject of the absorbing biographical account, Called to Africa. |
